Spectrometers
A spectrometer is a tool used in the field of spectroscopy to analyze the properties of different substances. It does this by separating the different wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation emitted or absorbed by a substance into a spectrum. This spectrum can then be used to identify the different components of the substance and measure their concentrations. Spectrometers are used in a wide range of fields, including chemistry, physics, astronomy, and environmental science. They can be found in a variety of forms, from simple handheld devices to complex laboratory instruments.
