Aging and Nutrition

As we grow older, our bodies go through changes. Just like how we need good food to grow strong, older people need to eat healthy too. Eating healthy means having lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. These foods keep our bodies strong and help us feel good. Older people should also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. When we eat healthy, it helps our bodies stay healthy even as we get older.
