Life Cycle of Stars

Stars are like beautiful fireflies in the sky that twinkle at night. They are born from big clouds of gas and dust that swirl around in space. When these clouds get too heavy, they start to collapse under their own gravity. This makes them very hot and soon they start to glow like a light bulb. This is when a star is born!

The star then spends most of its life eating up hydrogen gas and shining brightly in the sky. But when it runs out of gas, it starts to cool down and shrinks into a tiny ball called a white dwarf. This is how stars die.
