Radio Waves

Radio waves are a type of electromagnetic radiation that have properties similar to other types of radiation, like visible light, X-rays, and gamma rays. They are produced by oscillating electric and magnetic fields, and their frequency and wavelength determine their properties. Radio waves are used for communication, including radio and TV broadcasting, cell phone networks, and satellite communication. They are also used for other purposes, like navigation (GPS), radar technology, and even medical imaging. Despite concerns about the potential health effects of exposure to radio waves, the scientific consensus is that they are generally safe at the levels used in everyday applications.
