Telescope
A telescope is an instrument used to observe distant objects by collecting and analyzing electromagnetic radiation. Optical telescopes use lenses or mirrors to focus visible light, while other types of telescopes use different techniques to detect X-rays, radio waves, and other forms of electromagnetic radiation. By studying this radiation, we can learn more about the objects we are observing, such as their distance, composition, and movement. Telescopes have been instrumental in advancing our understanding of the universe and continue to be important tools for astronomers and scientists studying a wide range of phenomena.
