Explain Science

Aluminum (or Aluminium)

Aluminum is a versatile metal that’s lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant. It’s the most widely used non-ferrous metal in the world and is found in everything from airplanes to window frames. It’s a good conductor of electricity, so it’s also used in electrical wiring and transmission lines. It was only discovered relatively recently, in the early 19th century, but has since become a vital part of modern manufacturing.
