Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, also known as IBS, is a condition that can affect your tummy. It can make your belly hurt or feel uncomfortable, and it may cause you to have diarrhea (poo that is very watery) or constipation (when you have trouble going to the toilet). Sometimes, IBS can make you feel gassy or bloated (when your tummy feels full and enlarged). It’s important to eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, and get plenty of rest to help manage IBS. If you have any tummy troubles, it’s always a good idea to talk to a grown-up or a doctor who can help you feel better.
