Microbiology
Microbiology is a branch of biology that focuses on the study of microorganisms. These microorganisms can be found in almost every environment on Earth, including soil, water, and even inside other living organisms. Microorganisms include bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, and algae.
Although some microorganisms are harmful and can cause disease, many are beneficial and play crucial roles in various industries such as food production, medicine, and biotechnology.
