Quantum Computing

Quantum computing is a type of computing that uses quantum mechanics to perform calculations. While traditional computers use bits that can be either 0 or 1, quantum computers use “quibits” that can exist in multiple states simultaneously, allowing them to perform many calculations at once. Because of this quantum advantage, quantum computers have the potential to solve complex problems that would take traditional computers years to solve – things like simulating complex chemical reactions or optimizing supply chains. However, building a quantum computer is a huge challenge, and scientists are still working on making them practical for everyday use.
