The brain is the most complex organ in the body, and is made up of billions of tiny cells called neurons. These neurons communicate with each other to form networks that allow us to do everything from sensing the world around us to thinking about the future. Different parts of the brain are responsible for different functions, such as the frontal lobe which is responsible for decision making and the temporal lobe which is responsible for hearing.
