Radio Astronomy

Radio astronomy is a way to study the universe that uses radio waves – a type of light that has longer wavelengths than visible light. Radio telescopes are used to collect radio waves, which can tell us about distant objects like galaxies, as well as phenomena like black holes and supernovas.
