Ice Giants are a type of planet found in the outer reaches of our Solar System. These planets are larger than Earth and are mostly made up of water, ammonia, and methane ices, with a rocky core at their center. Because they are so far away from the Sun, they receive very little sunlight and are incredibly cold. There are two known ice giants in our Solar System: Uranus and Neptune.
